• Weight: 1 oz. to 30 lbs.
• Tolerances to +/- .005″ in./in.
  • + /- .007″ over first inch
  • +/- .005″ every additional inch
• Premium tolerances – case by case

Volumes

In general, volumes of 5,000 to 50,000 are a great fit for Waltek.  Part size makes a difference, however, so for smaller parts we can easily do volumes of 100,000+.
