Open Positions:
MAINTENANCE LEAD – 1ST SHIFT
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring that production equipment is operating at all times and that preventative maintenance is performed according to schedule. The individual does this by utilizing internal and external resources efficiently. This role requires a broad knowledge of maintenance skills including mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, carpentry, fabrication, and basic knowledge of electrical repair. The ideal team member will have 8-10+ years of experience working in maintenance for manufacturing operations, pays strong attention to detail, be self-disciplined, has high energy, be committed to workplace safety, and demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
CASTING & FINISHING OPERATORS – 2nd SHIFT
The Casting and Finishing Operator is responsible to perform a variety of tasks in the foundry and finishing work centers. This includes melting metal, pouring metal into molds, removing castings from molds, cutting off parts, grinding, tumbling, blasting, deburring, and other finishing operations. The ideal team member will have 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, pays strong attention to detail, be self-disciplined, has high energy, be committed to workplace safety, and demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
WAX PRESS OPERATORS & ASSEMBLY – 2ND SHIFT
The Wax Press Operator and Assemblers are responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the wax and assembly work centers. Some of these job duties include operating wax injection molding presses, changing out molds and tooling, and attaching wax patterns to sprues. The ideal team member will have 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing, pays strong attention to detail, be self-disciplined, has high energy, be committed to workplace safety, and demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
